"The food is usually great here. But there is inconsistency with the batter on the onion rings at times. It's almost as if a different batter gets used on occasion that isn't nearly as crispy or tasty and I'm not a fan of it. Is something not being completed properly in the preparation?"

"Normally I don't eat fast food, but today was an exception. I came in to place a large take out order for my workplace, here in the Fort. I will say that besides easily finding the restaurant, inside was very spacious, had ample seating, and it was clean. The staff were very friendly and got my order to me relatively quickly. The food was all hot, fresh, and tasted great. I had 0 complaints. A and W certainly has always been a better fast food option. The double teen burger with the fries was actually delicious and I didn't feel sick after. If you're hungry and in the area, I'd say this location is definitely worth stopping by."
